Product Expiry Date
Most products have an expiry date of one year or more. If the product's expiry date is one year or less, it will be specified in the product description.
Shipping Process
Once you place an order, we will process it as soon as possible. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-order items).
Our shipping hours are from Monday to Saturday (11:00-18:30), excluding public holidays and Sundays.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can also log in to your account or use your order number to check the status of your order.

Logistics
Orders can be picked up in-store or shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery/free shipping).
In general, most areas in Hong Kong will receive their orders within 1-3 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. However, the exact delivery time depends on SF Express. If you have any questions, please contact SF Express directly.
If you choose SF Express, we will provide the SF Express tracking number after shipping. Please confirm the product and delivery information as soon as you receive the tracking number. If there are any issues, please contact us promptly for assistance.
To track your shipment, please visit https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/ and enter the SF Express tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name and address. If incorrect information is provided, the package may be returned or rerouted, which will delay delivery. The reshipping/rerouting fee will be borne by the buyer.
If the order includes pre-order items, the order will be shipped only after all items are available.
For returned items (if applicable), we will attempt to contact you again. If we are unable to reach you or receive no response, a storage fee of HKD 5 per day will be charged starting one month after the returned item is received.
Before shipping, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the product is in perfect condition. However, since the delivery process is handled by a third-party logistics service (SF Express), please inspect the package and product upon receipt to ensure they are intact. Please note the following:
If you notice any damage to the package or issues with the product, please immediately notify the SF Express staff and refuse to sign for the package.
Once signed for, it is assumed that you have confirmed the package and product are in good condition.
If there are any issues such as damage or loss during delivery, please contact SF Express directly for inquiries and compensation. We will provide necessary assistance, including relevant shipping records and documentation, but compensation and liability will be handled by SF Express.
Pre-order Product Information
Delivery Time
The delivery time for pre-order items may vary. Please consider this carefully when placing your order.
Out-of-Stock HandlingIf the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and refund the relevant payment or deposit.
If the order cannot be completed due to stock unavailability, we will process the deposit refund within 7 business days after confirming the stock shortage.
Alternative ProductsIf you would like to choose an alternative product, please contact us after receiving the out-of-stock notification. We will assist you in selecting another available product.
Order CancellationIf you do not wish to accept an alternative product or a refund, we will cancel the order and refund the deposit or relevant payment.
Information UpdatesIf you need to update your order information or cancel your order after placing it, please contact our customer service promptly. We will provide appropriate assistance based on the order status.
Return and Exchange Policy
If the product has a quality issue, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 business days after receiving the product. Once an order is placed, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality/stock-related issues.
The shipping fee for returns or exchanges will be borne by the buyer.
