2. Shopping Terms

• To shop on the Company’s website, you must be 18 years of age or older.

• Product Reservation: Items added to your shopping cart are not automatically reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Product availability may change before you complete your checkout.

• Pricing: The price of items in your shopping cart is based on the price at the time of checkout. We do not offer price guarantees in the event of price changes.

• Order Submission: Please double-check your items before submitting your order. Once the buyer confirms the order, no returns or exchanges will be accepted without valid reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and do not include taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

• Product prices are as listed on the Company’s website or sales contract.

• Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and electronic payment.

• You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. All payments must be made in accordance with our payment terms.

4. Logistics Policy

• Delivery times and locations are as specified in the order confirmation. The Company will strive to deliver within the scheduled time but is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

• Shipping fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

• Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the buyer upon delivery.

• Delivery Scope: Our delivery service is currently limited to Hong Kong and Macau regions.

• General order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 business days depending on the region. In special circumstances such as typhoons, delivery may be delayed by 3 to 4 business days or further depending on weather conditions.

• Free Shipping: Orders over HKD$4,000 are eligible for free shipping (excluding certain products such as Kerastase, Sabon, Rituals, body care, hair care, etc. For details, please contact customer service).

• Delivery Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

• Incorrect Delivery or Missing Items: If we mistakenly ship incorrect or missing items, the shipping fee will be borne by us.

5. Return and Refund Policy

• Once an order is paid, no returns or exchanges are allowed. If the product has a quality issue, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 business days after receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

• Returns must be confirmed by the Company and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or via FPS upon further communication.

• Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to quality issues or incorrect delivery, the shipping fee will be borne by us. For other reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, custom-made products, and used or damaged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• We strive to ensure that the products purchased are genuine, new, and unused, but we do not provide any warranties regarding the quality or performance of the products.

• Customers are responsible for the security of their credit card/bank account information. We are not liable for any security issues during the purchasing or payment process.

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• The Company has no partnership with any brands, and all trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

8. Modifications and Termination
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.

We reserve the following rights:

• To revoke any pricing

• To correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions

• To modify prices, content, promotions, product descriptions, specifications, or other information without prior notice (including after order submission, confirmation, shipment, or receipt)

We reserve the right to limit product quantities (including after order submission and/or confirmation) and to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions and offers without prior notice. Products or services displayed on the website are not guaranteed to be available at any given time.
